Dr. Zahm is a licensed psychologist (2009) with experience in agency settings as well as private practice. While she is certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C, PSI), her clinical experiences include providing therapy to adult clients across the lifespan. Transitions are of particular interest to Dr. Zahm, and the intersections between (in)fertility, menopause, and adjustment to mid-life are areas she has sought additional training. Continuing education has included a four part training by Dr. Harita Raja on Menopause for Non-Physicians, as well as various singular trainings and consultations around menopause, midlife transitions, and extensive reading about these subjects. She is a member of the Menopause Society, Postpartum Support International, and is a former member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. In addition to her full time clinical private practice, Dr. Zahm works closely with genetic counseling training programs, providing training and supervision to advanced graduate students. She also serves on the Medical Advisory Board of Remember the Girls, a nonprofit that advocates for awareness and more nuanced treatment of females with X-linked genetic conditions. She has been invited to present trainings and workshops to universities, organizations, and community groups regarding professional development throughout the lifespan, issues in training/supervision, psychological well-being, and more. exploring new ideas and expanding their horizons.

Dr. Berkowitz is a licensed psychologist with experience in agency and private practice settings. Dr. Berkowitz has sought additional continuing education focused on women in mid-life with a specific interest working with clients going through the menopause transition. Further, she has engaged in reading, and consultations focused on this transition. Dr. Berkowitz is a member of the American Psychological Association, Maryland Psychological Association (MPA), and National Register Health Services Psychologist. She has served on the MPA board, and continues to serve on the MPA foundations committee. Further, Dr. Berkowitz was a fellow of the Leadership Development Academy 2023-2024 through MPA, as well as a fellow of the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis 2024 to 2025.
